Located west of Jamul and east of Chula Vista is Bonita.  In the mid 19th century, the area was granted to John Forster who built the first home in Bonita, an adobe structure in what is now Rohr Park.  Subsequently, the area that is now known as Bonita was a thriving lemon orchard owned by Henry Earnest Cooper.   Development of Bonita began in earnest as part of the post-war building boom that followed the Second World War.

 

Today, Bonita is home to over 12,000 full time residents.   Housing in Bonita consists of single family homes, multifamily apartment communities, and condominiums.  Our property management services are available in all of Bonita.
