Located South of La Mesa and West of Spring Valley, is Lemon Grove.  Now home to the "World's Biggest Lemon" on Broadway and Lemon Grove Avenue, Lemon Grove's development goes back to the late 19th century when the original subdivision maps were filed on the area as Lemon Grove.  The San Diego Union described the area as a "sea of lemon trees" in 1894.  Development of Lemon Grove would be well underway by the beginning of the Second World War but Lemon Grove would not be incorporated as its own municipality until 1977.

Today, there are over 25,000 residents of Lemon Grove.  The housing stock consists of single family homes, multifamily apartment buildings, and condominiums.  Our property management services are available throughout Lemon Grove.
