Mission Beach 92109

Two miles of prime ocean front separates the San Diego River estuary and Pacific Beach.  South of Pacific Beach and North of the San Diego River is Mission Beach.

The most substantial landmark in Mission Beach is Belmont Park.  Originally named the Mission Beach Amusement Center, Belmont Park was built by San Diego legend John D. Spreckles in 1925.  Belmont Park's attractions include The Mission Beach Plunge, a 10,500 square foot Spanish Renaissance style swimming pool.  Instantly recognizable from Mission Boulevard, the Giant Dipper Roller Coaster is the other remaining original attraction from the park built by Mr. Spreckles in 1925.

A true California bungalow beach community, many of the residences in Mission Beach were built in the 1930s and 1940s as vacation cottages for the summer months.    Our property management services are available throughout Mission Beach.
