North Park is located West of Interstate 805, East of Park Boulevard, and North of San Diego's famous Balboa Park.  The area that is now North Park began the 20th Century as a Lemon Grove.  North Park is one of the more architecturally noteworthy neighborhoods of San Diego.  Classic California Bungalows and Craftsman Homes line the streets of North Park.

A large number of art galleries, boutiques, music venues, cocktail bars and microbreweries give North Park a well deserved reputation as a community for the arts.

In addition to the large number of architecturally significant single family residences, there are multifamily apartment buildings and condominiums throughout North Park.  Our property management services are available in all of North Park.  We currently manage properties on Alabama and Bancroft Street in North Park.
