Located south of Poway and north of Tierrasanta is Scripps Ranch.  Scripps Ranch is named for it's onetime owner, newspaper publisher E.W. Scripps who purchased the ranch in the late 19th century for $5000. 

 

Like many of the edge cities along the Interstate-15 corridor Scripps Ranch is home to some large employers including LG Electronics, Lockheed Martin and WD-40 Company.  In addition to being a jobs magnet, there are over 32,500 fulltime residents who call Scripps Ranch home.  The majority of the housing in Scripps Ranch is a newer housing stock consisting of detached single family homes.  There are also condominiums and apartments in Scripps Ranch.   Our property management services are available in all of Scripps Ranch.
